Feature Breakdown
The White Labeling settings are located in the White Label profile menu within AVA (visible only to eligible plans). The feature is divided into four configuration sections:- Branding – Customize logos, product names, and color themes.
- Domain – Configure a custom URL to replace ava.thinkrr.ai.
- Email – Set a custom email domain for all platform-related communications.
- Payment Branding – Enable white-labeled billing via Stripe Connect.

Upload Your Logos
- Upload logos for different backgrounds:
- Dark Background Logo – Appears on darker areas of the platform.
- Light Background Logo – Used for emails and light-themed areas.
- Favicon – Small icon that appears in browser tabs.
- Recommended image sizes:
- Logos: 120x42px with a transparent background.
- Favicon: 60x60px with a transparent background.

Select Primary Brand Color
- Choose a HEX color to define the platform’s primary theme (e.g., login screen).

Set Company Name & Product Name
- Company Name – Replaces all instances of thinkrr.ai in the platform and email communications.
- Product Name – Replaces all instances of AVA so users can name the AI platform uniquely.

Provide Privacy Policy & Terms & Conditions Links
- You must provide your own Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions URLs.
- These links are required for compliance and will be displayed on the login screen and other applicable areas.

Enter Your Custom Domain
- Type your desired domain (e.g., https://app.yourcompany.com) in the Domain tab.
- Important: You must enter a full lowercase subdomain, such as
app.yourcompany.com
.- ✅ Correct:

yourcompany.com
,www.yourcompany.com

- ✅ Correct:
- Using a root domain (like
yourcompany.com
) is not supported and may break your main website if misconfigured. - Click Submit Domain to proceed.

Monitor Processing Status
- Once you submit your domain, you can monitor the status of the submission on the right side.
- To reset your domain after submitting or changing an existing one, click “Reset domain” underneath the field.


- Read the warning and proceed if you wish to continue. Changing the domain will reset the configuration process.

Add CNAME Records to Your DNS Provider
- After verification, CNAME records will be generated.
- You must copy and add these records to your DNS provider (e.g., GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap).
- Two sets of CNAME records will be provided:
- The first set for security and SSL validation.
- The second set for redirecting traffic.


Save & Apply
- Once records are added to the DNS settings of your domain provider, click Verify Domain and monitor the status.
- After successful verification, your platform will be live under your new domain.

Enter a Custom Email Address
- Example: support@yourcompany.com.
- Click Submit Email to save.
- Similarly to resetting your domain, you can reset your email address after submission — this is irreversible and will require restarting the configuration process.


Add CNAME Records for Email Configuration
- After submitting your email, three sets of CNAME records will be provided.
- These records must be added to your email service provider (e.g., Google Workspace, GoDaddy, SendGrid).
- The CNAME records handle domain authentication and email deliverability.
Verify Your Email Domain
- After updating your DNS settings, click Verify in AVA.
- Once verified, all system emails (including password resets and notifications) will originate from your custom email domain.

Completion Confirmation
- After successful verification, you will receive confirmation for both your email and domain configuration.
- A banner displays which email will be used for all system communications.
- At this point, your white-labeled app setup is complete.

- Once connected and configured, payment processing will display your brand name on customer bank statements and payment records.
